Blimey, the indoor pool was a proper treat! Had a fab time splashing about with the kids, made their day. Just a shame parking was a right kerfuffle, always packed like sardines. But overall, it was a lovely getaway!

Our getaway was echt super. The view from onze kamer was breathtaking, looking straight at the mountains. Service was top, always ready to help with a smile. Only minor dingetje, the wifi was a bit spotty in onze kamer, made it difficult to plan our hiking trips goed.

I really enjoyed my time at Sidney James Mountain Lodge. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to downtown Gatlinburg. The pools were a highlight. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and inviting. There was a lovely indoor pool with a warm atmosphere, great for relaxing after long days of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. they truly made me feel welcome. I stayed in a spacious room equipped with a mini-fridge and a flat-screen TV, which was convenient. However, the room showed signs of wear. The decor felt outdated, and the carpet could use a deep clean. Parking got crowded during peak times, adding some stress to my happy visit. I had a wonderful stay overall and would consider returning for the excellent location and friendly service.

Stayed for 2 nights in a double room with balcony. Enjoyed the private bathroom and flat-screen TV. The indoor pool felt amazing after a day of hiking. Relaxed in the hot tub and sauna, which was perfect for unwinding. Plus, the balcony view of the creek was lovely. Friendly staff made it all the better!

The indoor pool was more fun than a day at a water park, complete with a grotto that felt more like a secret hideaway than a hotel amenity. The room had all the essentials and was cleaner than a whistle, and the view of the creek from our balcony made for a serene wake-up call—you could practically hear tranquility whispering good morning!

Perfect spot for family fun in Gatlinburg! 😊
We had a wonderful experience during our 4-night stay in a spacious Double Room with Balcony. The indoor pool was a highlight, especially with the fun tunnel and waterfall! What really stood out was the warmth of the entire staff—they felt like friends! One morning, we enjoyed some delicious French toast at the café, although I wish it was open later in the evening. The short walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg was definitely a plus—it allowed us to explore without worrying about parking fees!
The room's decor is somewhat dated, but it is well-kept and comfortable.

The clean and spacious room was comfortable, but the lack of a microwave and the non-functional hairdryer were inconvenient. Parking at night was challenging, and the front desk staff could have been friendlier. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore Gatlinburg.

The location was excellent, with a short walk to the main strip and easy access to the national park area, which made exploring the attractions really convenient. The on-site cafe had tasty food that arrived quickly, making dining hassle-free. Although the room could use some updates and better cleaning, the stream right outside our balcony was a nice touch that added to the relaxing atmosphere.
